WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO SEE?
Of course, there’s a good chance that you’ll see dolphins on our Myrtle Beach dolphin cruise. While we can’t guarantee a dolphin sighting, our experienced captains know where the dolphins tend to hang out and will take you to the most popular waters for our dolphin friends. You’ll also get the chance to see other marine life including sea turtles and countless fish species. Be sure to look up and see what birds you can spot in the air as well!
WHO WILL ENJOY MYRTLE BEACH DOLPHIN CRUISES?
Myrtle Beach dolphin cruises are incredible opportunities for the entire family to get outdoors and spend some quality time together. Guests of all ages are sure to enjoy this experience, which is why you can book a dolphin cruise whether you’re on a solo vacation, or romantic getaway, or a family trip. There’s practically no one who wouldn’t enjoy a dolphin cruise! There is one caveat, though: for safety purposes, we do not permit children under age three or pregnant women on our dolphin cruises.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO GO?
At Blue Wave Adventures, We offer six cruises every day during the summer time, making it easy to fit a dolphin tour into your itinerary. You can cruise at 8 a.m., 10 a.m., 12 noon, 2 p.m., 4 p.m., or 6 p.m. In general, we find that morning tours give you the best chance to spot wildlife, so we would recommend getting up early and hitting the water first thing! As far as the season, the end of September and into October are some of the best weeks of dolphin spotting. During this time, dolphin tend to come down South from areas like North Carolina and Virginia.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Finally, there are a few essentials that you should bring with you before embarking on your Myrtle Beach dolphin cruise. Since you’re going to be out on the water, it’s important to protect yourself from the hot sun. That’s why we recommend that you bring sunglasses, a hat, and plenty of sunscreen. Other than that, simply bring along your adventurous spirit and open yourself up to all the possibilities that a dolphin cruise can bring!
