captain mark collins
Captain Mark is a licensed United States Coast Guard Merchant Marine Officer certified to operate vessels up to 100 gross integrated tons. He has been working professionally on vessels for hire since 1993. In addition to that he is also a certified P.A.D.I. Scuba Divemaster and a 1989 graduate of Coastal Carolina University. He has not only had years of experience locally but also spent seven years working with whales and dolphins in the Hawaiian Islands. Captain Mark Collins is also an owner of Blue Wave Adventures.
First mate amy collins
Amy has twenty seven years of experience working on the water. She is a P.A.D.I. Certified Scuba Divemaster. She spent six years in the Hawaiian islands. During that time she worked for a small production company doing underwater filming of whales, dolphins and a variety of other sea life. In addition, she was a crew member on a sixty-five-foot sailing catamaran. She is a 1990 graduate of the University of Colorado. Amy Collins is also an owner of Blue Wave Adventures.
Captain jamey gagnon
Captain Jamey is a licensed U.S.C.G. Merchant Marine Officer, certified to operate vessels up to 50 gross tons. Born and raised in CT, right on the Long Island Sound, the University of South Carolina brought him to this area in 1991. Since then he’s lived in the U.S.V.I., Costa Rica, and London, however he’s considered Myrtle Beach his home ever since he discovered the offshore fishing and surf. He’s been an honorary crew member for many years and directly credits Captain Mark Collins for becoming a commercial captain. “Captain Mark’s passion for our local wildlife and preserving these waters is infectious, I couldn’t jump quickly enoughts to officially join his team!”
